Does anyone have an email address for Tevo support please?

I'm most of the way through my Tarantula build and have discovered one of the capacitors is not attached to the board so can't proceed.

I raised a support ticket 2 days ago but no response - not even an acknowledgement email and I can't check ticket status as don't have a ticket no.

Hope someone can help.

I found a very similar issue with mine.  The problem that is stopping me actually appears to be the power supply because I was able to get it to boot up with a different power supply but there is definitely a capacitor missing on mine as well.
