I have attempted to open up tickets with both Tevo and GearBest for issues with my new printer and I have not received responses from either (GearBest has at least provided ticket numbers and acknowledged the creation of a ticket but have not received any real response even after multiple updates).  I did see a note about having to wait until after Chinese New Year but the time frames have passed with no further response.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to proceed further?

Check your spam folder first, you need your sales number to generate a ticket, the response will be by email. Do not respond to the email, use the link within to access the ticket, I made a shortcut on my desktop for this to make life easier.
